Cave of Yhi is a light installation set up as a chill out space for Rabbits Eat Lettuce Festival. Cave of Yhi was built into the landscape using a burnt out section of a tree as the entry. Light installations were hung outside with iridescent leaves to attract audiences attention. Audience members removed there shoes and crawled inside to find a luscious silver reflective cushioned floor and textured caves walls. The walls and vines were lit by a colourful light show programmed to music giving the audience a full sensory experience. Made from 100% recycled materials, this Installation was completely handmade from over 250 coffee sacks.
